2). Press “NEXT” on the following screen to reach the checkout
3). Select your delivery method
4). Enter your Seatgeek login information, if you are not already logged in
5).Underneath your payment method, you will see a field marked “Voucher / Gift Card.” Press the “Add A Voucher / Gift Card” button
6).Enter your voucher or gift card number. The discount will be applied, and you can complete your purchase.

Seatgeek cancellations and postponements
Occasionally, a concert or event may be postponed or canceled. If this happens, you will be contacted to inform you of all refund or exchange procedures. You can contact Seatgeek if you have any questions about this process.
For canceled events, fans will receive automatic refunds to the debit or credit card used at checkout, no contacting Customer Service required. If your event was rescheduled, you don't have to do anything here either. Just show up on the new date ready for a good time. If you have a conflict with the rescheduled date, contact Customer Service to find out your options for a refund or consider reselling your ticket to another fan.
Receive a refund for both the original price of the purchased ticket and all of the service fees associated with your purchase. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
For moved or rescheduled events, the Event Provider may set limitations for refunds. To ask for a refund for non-health related reschedulings, contact Customer Support.
And as always, make sure to apply any valid Seatgeek coupon code to an event you're sure won't be cancelled. It's a great way to save money and you won't even need a refund.
